How long will my jewellery take to arrive?

Up to 10 working days. Although i do everything within my power to get your brand new jewels to you sooner sometimes that is just not possible depending on the design and stock levels of the piece. Everything is handmade and sometimes that just takes time.

Can i get my items quicker?

Sometimes - yes. When you chose to upgrade your delivery profile to Special Delivery i always try to dispatch as fast as i can however sometimes, again due to design and stock levels it may not be possible. The best thing to do if your working with a tight timescale is to contact me and see what can be done.

Why is the dispatch time so long?

I am a one woman band. I have a day job which I'm at 4 days per week - during this time I cannot do anything related to NM47 as its a very fast paced environment. Currently my time in the workshop is limited to one full day and 3 evenings, please remember I'm also not amazon with a huge catalog of stock waiting to be dispatched.
